YOGA TEACHER • VISUAL ARTIST • ANIMAL ADVOCATE
Sydney is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and multidisciplinary artist based in the Bay Area, California, United States. Her offerings are rooted in ritual, reflection, and the radical belief that healing is possible; for ourselves, for each other, and for the planet. She specializes in creative, theme-driven classes that weave together breath, movement, music, and personal inquiry.
With a background in activism and animal welfare, Sydney holds space for those who give deeply: caregivers, advocates, and healers. Her classes blend yogic philosophy with accessible, intuitive sequencing, drawing from Vinyasa and Hatha traditions.
Sydney’s approach to yoga is the space where artistry and activism rise together in ritual and resistance. She is currently completing her first oracle deck: a collection of yogic prompts for reflection and reclamation of self.

Handcrafted offerings
As an artist, I explore the world through curiosity, intuition, and form by working across a range of mediums. My inspiration is rooted in our kinship with animals, the rhythms of nature, and the rituals that connect us. Each piece is a handcrafted offering of reverence and expression.
Animal advocacy is a cornerstone of this work. I’ve spent nearly a decade in the animal welfare space, and my art and yoga practices are an extension of that commitment–offered in reverence and service to all beings. Guided by the principle of ahimsa (non-violence), I donate 5% of proceeds from both art and yoga offerings to organizations protecting animals and reimagining our relationship with them.
